Can equipment be bought on instalments or financing?
Our standard payment terms are stated in each quotation: stocked equipment and parts 100% on collection; chassis-mounted builds typically 50% down payment with the order and 50% before handover. Financing is arranged through your own bank or finance house — we provide the quotation, invoice and any documents the financier requires.
Do you supply the chassis with the equipment, or the equipment only?
Both. You can bring your own chassis for us to build on, or we can source a suitable new or used truck from 14 global makes and deliver the unit mounted and ready to work.
What is the usual lead time?
Hydraulic parts and stocked equipment are delivered immediately. Units requiring fabrication and chassis mounting are typically delivered 10 to 30 working days from the purchase order accompanied by the down payment, depending on the type of build.
What warranty do you provide?
The standard warranty is 12 months from delivery on every unit, covering manufacturing and installation defects. Spare parts and technical support remain available after the warranty for the life of the unit.
Are your insulated platforms compliant with Saudi Electricity Company specifications?
Yes. The COMET insulated platforms we supply are rated 46 kV under ANSI A92.2, CAT C — the standard referenced in Saudi Electricity Company requirements and Unified Contract projects — and each unit is delivered with its dielectric test certificate.
What are your payment terms?
They vary by product. Parts and stocked equipment are typically 100% on collection. Chassis-mounted builds are typically 50% down payment with the order and 50% before handover, while the chassis itself is paid 100% with the order. Terms are stated in each quotation.
Where is the delivery point?
Delivery is from our Riyadh warehouse — King Abdulaziz Road, King Fahd District. Transport to your site anywhere in the Kingdom can be arranged on request.
Do you supply against a tender document or client specification?
Yes — it is a core part of our work. Send us the tender or technical specification and our engineers will review it and return a clause-by-clause compliant offer, flagging any item needing clarification.
Do prices include VAT?
Quoted prices are normally exclusive of tax; 15% VAT is added and the VAT-inclusive total is shown clearly on the quotation. The company is VAT registered under number 311995067400003.
Do you supply spare parts after the sale?
Yes. We hold stock of genuine hydraulic parts from our principals (OMFB, Bezares, ABER, Interpump) in our Riyadh warehouse, and we supply spares for equipment we have delivered throughout its service life.
Can the equipment and truck be painted in our corporate livery?
Yes. Full paint in your chosen colours and livery is part of the build-up, together with reflective marking and bumpers to Saudi traffic regulations.
What is the difference between a knuckle boom and a telescopic crane?
A knuckle boom folds into a smaller space and reaches behind obstacles and into tight areas, while a telescopic boom gives greater direct lift height and better stability at long horizontal reach. The choice depends on your daily site conditions.
Do you serve outside Riyadh?
Yes. We serve customers across the Kingdom — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Qassim, Abha, Tabuk and beyond — delivering from our Riyadh warehouse or to your site by prior arrangement.
What is the difference between an insulated and a non-insulated platform?
An insulated platform is built for live-line work: the upper boom is full fibre-reinforced polymer and the basket is insulated to 46 kV per ANSI A92.2. A non-insulated platform is excellent for all other work at height but must never approach live conductors.
Can you build on my existing truck, or must I buy the chassis from you?
Both are possible. Bring your own truck and we will build on it after inspecting the chassis and calculating payload and axle loads, or we can supply a suitable new or used chassis from 14 global makes and deliver the unit mounted.
How long does fabricating a cargo body or tipper take?
A standard cargo body usually takes 10 to 20 working days depending on size and finish; a tipper or tank takes 20 to 30 working days. The exact lead time is stated in writing in the quotation and we do not change it unilaterally after the order — only a customer-side specification change or a delay in chassis supply can move it.
Do you participate in government tenders through the Etimad platform?
Yes. We supply municipalities and government entities in line with the required tender specification, and prepare the documents needed for the competition (technical and commercial offer, local-content certificate, commercial registration and statutory certificates). Send us the tender document and we will prepare a compliant offer.
Do you supply new or used trucks?
Both. We supply new and used trucks to suit your requirement and budget at competitive prices, then mount and fully outfit the equipment at our Riyadh plant. If you already own a truck, we can outfit it directly.
