Airport Runway Sweeper with Magnet Bar — ÜSTÜN-EL + GQ-MB01
A single piece of metal on a runway is enough to shred an aircraft tyre or be ingested by an engine. Runway cleanliness is therefore not judged by eye but by the complete absence of foreign object debris (FOD) — and a brush alone is not enough: a nail lodged in an asphalt crack or a small metal sliver passes underneath it.
We build a complete unit that combines both: a vacuum sweeper with side brushes, a suction turbine and dust-suppression water spray, and a GQ-MB01 magnet bar mounted at the front or rear of the truck that lifts ferrous parts with no power and no operation — it works by permanent magnetic attraction, so it neither fails on a power cut nor draws engine power.
The bar measures 300 × 2000 × 100 mm with a working distance of 50 to 100 mm above the runway surface, and is cleared manually at the end of the round. The whole system is mounted on the chassis you choose at our Riyadh plant and handed over painted in your livery and route-tested, with the operating manual and a 12-month warranty.
The unit suits industrial areas, plant yards, ports and steel workshops equally — anywhere metal debris is a recurring cause of tyre damage.
