A cleaning contract is measured in kilometres swept per shift, not by hopper size alone. The right sweeper is the one that finishes the route without stopping to discharge every hour, and without leaving a line of dust behind it on wide roads.
We supply ÜSTÜN-EL sweepers from Türkiye — an İzmir manufacturer specialising in road sweepers since 1999 — and mount them at our Riyadh plant on the chassis you choose. The unit runs on a four-cylinder auxiliary diesel engine (80 or 95 hp turbo) from PERKINS (English Made) independent of the truck engine, so performance stays constant whatever the road speed, and every motion is hydraulically driven.
What you specify: a debris hopper from 2 to 12 m³ — with 6 to 8 m³ the most requested size on municipal contracts. Sweeping width from 1850 to 2400 mm with one or two side brushes, and suction hose diameter from 180 to 230 mm according to the waste expected. Working sweeping speed up to 15 km/h.
What comes as standard: brush rotation speed adjustable from the cab, a water tank and spray bars for dust suppression, hydraulic tipping discharge, a hand suction hose for tight areas and containers, a lighting and beacon system to traffic regulations, and a steel body with surface treatment before paint.
We hand the truck over painted in your livery and route-tested, with the operating and parts manuals and a 12-month warranty — and we can supply the chassis and machine together or fit the machine to your own truck.
