Overview
Telescopic Truck Crane (stiff-boom crane) — GQ — Korea
A telescopic crane extends in a single straight line, giving it the highest direct lift height at the same capacity compared with a knuckle boom, and better stability with heavy loads at long horizontal reach. It has fewer axes, so operator training is faster and errors fewer — making it the preferred choice on open construction sites, infrastructure work, and lifting tanks and HVAC units onto roofs.
We supply telescopic cranes under our own GQ brand, manufactured in Korea to a specification we set and follow up at the factory. That gives us direct control over capacities, boom extensions and spare parts instead of acting as a middleman. We mount them behind the cab on a suitable chassis with a fully fabricated steel cargo body with drop sides, a PTO installed on the vehicle gearbox and the hydraulic system pressure correctly set.
The truck is handed over painted and tested with its load chart, operating manual and a 12-month warranty. We have also previously mounted telescopic cranes of other international makes on customer request, and some photographs on this page are from those builds — the outfitting, cargo body and paintwork are ours in every case.
