The GQAM25 trailer is designed to pull and lay medium- and low-voltage cable with full control over pulling speed and conductor tension, replacing the improvised methods that damage insulation and fail inspection. The drum rides on hydraulic lifting arms driven by an independent hydraulic power unit, with an adjustable braking system that prevents run-away.
The GQAM25 trailer is built locally and solves this: hydraulic arms take the drum on its axle with no crane, an independent engine-driven hydraulic unit works even behind a pickup with no hydraulic supply, and an adjustable brake stops the drum free-wheeling so cable tension stays within limits. It carries a dust-protected control panel, LED lamps, a rotating beacon, a fire extinguisher and an adjustable front support jack. Being Saudi-made means local content counts in evaluation, and spares or modifications come from the same workshop within days rather than months.
