Cable Drum Trailer
A purpose-built trailer that lifts the cable drum itself, hauls it, and controls pay-out speed during installation, with an independent hydraulic unit that works behind a pickup or truck.
Technical specsSteel cargo bodies fabricated entirely in-house with drop sides, a sub-frame, regulation bumpers and paint in your livery, with payload and axle loads calculated before fabrication starts.

A cargo body is not a sheet of steel on a chassis. A good body starts with a sub-frame designed to spread load along the truck frame rather than at points, with sections sized to take torsion on uneven roads, and with hinges and side locks that survive thousands of open-and-close cycles.
Before we cut the first plate we calculate the net payload remaining after the body and equipment weight, and check axle load distribution both empty and fully loaded — because that is what fails trucks at technical inspection. We then fabricate the body to size, fit rear and side bumpers and reflective marking to Saudi traffic regulations, and paint the vehicle in the customer's colours and livery.
| Type | Steel cargo body with drop sides |
|---|---|
| Size | To chassis and requirement |
| Sub-frame | Designed to spread load along the frame |
| Sides | Drop sides with heavy hinges and locks |
| Floor | Chequered plate or marine ply to suit use |
| Bumpers | Rear and side to traffic regulations |
| Paint | Blast, prime and topcoat in customer livery |

We have a page for each region explaining what suits its conditions and buyers:

Technical specs
A three-axle semi-trailer fabricated entirely in-house with mesh or steel sides and a rear knuckle crane, so it loads and unloads itself without a machine on site.
Technical specs
A recovery truck whose deck lowers fully to the ground (full down) — a low loading angle that takes sports cars, low-clearance vehicles and completely disabled units without lifting them. Built end to end at our Riyadh plant on the chassis you choose.
Technical specs
Paying cable out incorrectly damages it before energisation. A purpose-built trailer saves time and prevents inspection rejection.
