Why aluminium for fuel tankers
When journeys are short and repeated several times a day, tare weight becomes the decisive factor in profitability. An aluminium tanker is far lighter than its steel equivalent, and that difference converts directly into higher net payload per trip and lower fuel consumption. We build them with internal baffles that keep the vehicle stable under braking.
Moving heavy plant — lowbeds and load distribution
Hydraulic suspension on a lowbed lets you adjust deck height and control load distribution — which determines whether you cross roads and bridges legally or get stopped at the inspection point. We build to the axle count your heaviest machine requires.
General freight
Three-axle semi-trailers with mesh or steel sides, optionally with a rear knuckle crane; cargo bodies with drop sides, reinforced subframe and your livery; and tipper bodies for aggregates and demolition waste.
Roadside recovery
Recovery trucks with a hydraulic tow boom, steel-rope winch, automatic safety brakes that engage when hydraulic pressure drops, and full warning lighting. Hydraulic winches are also supplied separately for fitting to your existing vehicles.
