Steel cargo bodies fabricated entirely in-house with drop sides, a sub-frame, regulation bumpers and paint in your livery, with payload and axle loads calculated before fabrication starts.
Technical specsA recovery truck whose deck lowers fully to the ground (full down) — a low loading angle that takes sports cars, low-clearance vehicles and completely disabled units without lifting them. Built end to end at our Riyadh plant on the chassis you choose.

The difference between one recovery truck and another shows up on the low car, or the one whose wheels will not turn. A deck that stops 20 centimetres above the ground means a scraped rim, a broken bumper and an angry customer. So we build ours on the full down principle: the deck lowers until it actually touches the ground, giving the shallowest possible loading angle.
We fabricate the whole unit at our Riyadh plant: a reinforced sub-frame, a deck in steel sections with anti-slip tracks, a hydraulic slide-and-tilt system driven by a PTO from the vehicle gearbox, a steel-rope winch with guide rollers, and tie-down points and securing chains distributed along the deck.
The build includes side tool lockers, rear work lighting and rotating beacons, reflective marking and bumpers to Saudi traffic regulations, and paint in your livery. We calculate net payload and axle distribution before cutting the first steel plate — because that is what decides whether the vehicle passes technical inspection after handover. Delivered painted and tested with the operating manual and a 12-month warranty.
| Type | Slide-and-tilt recovery deck — full down |
|---|---|
| Deck lowering | Lowers fully to ground contact |
| Loading angle | Shallow — suits sports and low-clearance cars |
| Deck lengths | Set by chassis and the vehicles carried |
| Sub-frame | Reinforced steel sections |
| Deck floor | Anti-slip tracks |
| System | Hydraulic slide and tilt via PTO |
| Winch | Steel-rope winch with guide rollers |
| Securing | Tie-down points and chains along the deck |
| Fit-out | Tool lockers, work lights, beacons, reflective marking |
| Handover | Painted in your livery, manual and 12-month warranty |

A purpose-built trailer that lifts the cable drum itself, hauls it, and controls pay-out speed during installation, with an independent hydraulic unit that works behind a pickup or truck.

A three-axle semi-trailer fabricated entirely in-house with mesh or steel sides and a rear knuckle crane, so it loads and unloads itself without a machine on site.

Paying cable out incorrectly damages it before energisation. A purpose-built trailer saves time and prevents inspection rejection.
