Overview
Skip Loader (Load Lugger)
A skip loader lifts an open container from both sides with two synchronised hydraulic arms, places it on the truck deck, and tips it to discharge at the landfill. The cycle is shorter and simpler than a hook lift for small and medium skips, and it works better in narrow streets and congested sites because it needs no long rear manoeuvring space.
We mount the system on the truck chassis with the sub-frame, securing chains and safety locks, set the hydraulic pressure and PTO drive path, and hand over the vehicle painted and tested.
