Overview
Truck-Mounted Vacuum Tank
A vacuum unit is judged on two things only: how many minutes it needs to empty a pit, and how many times it stops during the month. An undersized pump saves on the invoice and costs you on the route, and a tank not calculated for negative pressure dents inward within months, not years.
We fabricate vacuum tanks at our Riyadh plant in sizes set by your actual work: steel plate of a thickness calculated for vacuum service, external reinforcing rings, internal baffles that stop the liquid surging under braking, a full rear door with quick-locking and chemical-resistant sealing, and a safety trap that keeps liquid out of the pump. The pump is mounted and driven by a PTO from the vehicle gearbox, with a fill indicator, relief valve and pressure gauge.
We fit suction hoses in the diameters you need, a hose reel, quick couplings and side storage lockers, then pressure-test the tank and check every joint for tightness before final paint. Handover includes the truck painted and tested with its operating manual and a 12-month warranty — and we can supply the chassis and the body together or fit the body to your own truck.
